Cody Street Project

This home was in progress to be a spec home and purchased by our clients early in the process so we got to be part of the finish selections. They were able to stay in the neighborhood they had come to love, but update their home with more space. It also allowed us to update with fresh bright colors and finishes. There is so much I love about this home it’s hard to narrow it down. The bold wallpaper in the powder room and the dramatic brass fireplace are just two of the unique details I adore.
